We guarantee that any money the client gives us for our service; we do not use it until we complete the work to the satisfaction of the client. This assurance also comes from the obligation imposed by the MARA Code of Conduct by which we are bound. Item 2.3A of the Code states, a registered migration agent’s professionalism must be reflected in the making of adequate arrangements to avoid financial loss to a client. Beside this, our services are protected by professional indemnity insurance.
